Honestly, I was not interested in using a Realtor to sell my home. I’m a salesman by trade and I thought the work involved could be handled by myself and my wife. I was wrong. Not so much because “a typical” sale was too difficult to navigate, but mostly because the buyer’s agent hadn’t a clue. We needed Joe’s expertise to help drag him and his clients to the finish line. Joe did so effortlessly and all behind the scenes, constantly keeping us notified of important dates and “what if” scenarios. All that aside, I think Joe’s real value was the masterful marketing of our home. It was a few key words, “best and final” that not only sold our home on the first open house, but also allowed us to get much more than asking. He knows the area, is always available to answer any of your concerns, and most of all, got us more money than we expected. Truly a fantastic job.
